Enjoy a family paddling adventure to beautiful Lyons Ferry State Park, at the confluence of the Palouse and Snake Rivers. We’ll provide everything you need to have a safe and fun time paddling, exploring, soaking up the scenery, swimming and picnicing.

Includes: Transportation, SUP or kayak, paddle, PFD, dry bag, guide and instruction. We have kid-sized PFD’s, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Bring your own snacks/lunch/drinks (we’ll have a cooler with ice for you to keep things cool).

Kids must be old enough to ride in a booster seat, and you’ll need to provide your own booster seat for each child who needs one.

Cost is $75 per adult or child aged 12-17 who will paddle their own SUP or kayak. Kids 11 and under are free, but you’ll need to let us know how many you’re bringing along so we can ensure that we have enough spots available.

Join us for a half-day tour to beautiful Lyons Ferry State Park, at the confluence of the Palouse and Snake Rivers. We’ll take a leisurely pace, giving us plenty of time to explore, soak up the scenery, swim, picnic, and taste some local wines.

Includes: Transportation, SUP or kayak, paddle, PFD, dry bag, guide and instruction, a large plentiful grazing tray, and a tasting of 2 of my favorite local wines.

• Our tour includes a short drive to Bennington Lake just outside of town, where you’ll find calm water, beautiful views and wildlife in this peaceful setting – all while getting some exercise paddling a SUP or kayak. You can even take a swim if you want to cool off!

• Trip time is 2.5 hours, leaving from the Finch Hotel (325 E Main St.) at either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm. This gives us time for a leisurely paddle while getting back in plenty of time for the delicious meal you’ll have worked up an appetite for!

• All-inclusive: Transportation, SUP or kayak, paddle, PFD, dry bag and a brief lesson if you haven’t tried a SUP or kayak before.

• Bring along: swimwear or quick-drying clothes, water shoes or sandals, a towel, water bottle and sunscreen.

We’ll meet at the boat launch at 8:00 pm, giving ourselves plenty of time to paddle, swim, snack and soak up the sunset and full moon (rising at 8:41). We’ll have until 9:30 pm to enjoy the show before loading back up to be out of the park before closing time (10:00 pm).

Bring along: swimwear, water shoes/sandals, towel, water, food/snacks, a light jacket/fleece/pants for staying warm after sunset, dry clothes to change into for the drive back (if desired).
